Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Doorpitch (“we”, “us”), India. By creating a campaign you agree to them.

1. The service

You give us a startup name, a one-line message, a link to your pitch, and either a list of investors or permission to match you with investors from our database. We arrange for a cake carrying your message, with a sealed card and QR code that forwards to your link, to be delivered to a named person at the investor's office. We notify you at four points and show the status of every send on your campaign page.

2. What you promise

• The message, design and link you provide are yours to use, lawful, and not misleading, offensive or infringing.
• Any investor you add yourself is a business office address, never a home, and you are responsible for its accuracy.
• You will reply to investors who ask to talk within the window shown at checkout.
• You will not use the service to harass anyone or to circumvent an investor's pause.

3. What we promise

• We deliver to the named person or, if they are unavailable, to their office reception, and we tell you which.
• We review uploaded designs before printing and may decline a design; you can upload another.
• We never store your pitch file. The link you give us is forwarded as is.
• We enforce per-office limits and investor pauses. A send blocked by a pause is swapped or refunded per our refund policy.

4. Payment

Prices are shown per cake before you pay and are inclusive of delivery. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Razorpay. Refunds are governed by our refund and cancellation policy.

5. Scheduling

Delivery dates shown before payment are our best estimate from current availability. Paying books those dates. Dates may move if a kitchen or an investor becomes unavailable; we tell you when they do.

6. Investors

Investors may pause or stop deliveries to their office at any time from any card. We never share a founder's pitch with anyone other than the addressed office, and we never publish what a named investor did with a pitch.

7. Liability

Our liability for any send is limited to the price paid for that send. We are not responsible for the outcome of any conversation between you and an investor.

8. Changes and contact
